Giro

A play with simplicity and geometry. The plan was to produce a complete system that would complement the existing range of tables for Balzar Beskow by reusing parts from their other table systems. The base would be a combination of wood and metal, to be able to experiment with color/varnish and wood types on the different parts.

The table has a metal pillar for function and stability. We also wanted to bring in the feeling of wood in the base and tabletop. We reused components from the previous table series B-50 and Unite, which gives Balzar Beskow an additional table series without adding more metal components. This reduces stock and is more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
